How do I know the left and right button signals are normal?
“+” increases on press and “−” on release. Equal counts and a difference of 0 after a click mean the browser received a complete pair. Test 20–50 times.
How many milliseconds indicate an unintended double-click?
No single interval diagnoses every mouse. The threshold is only a warning; investigate further when normal single clicks repeatedly produce extremely short duplicate signals.
Why is the difference 1 while holding the button?
The press signal has arrived but the release has not, so the temporary difference is 1. It should return to 0 after release.
Why does the right-click menu not appear?
The test area temporarily blocks the browser context menu so it can record right-button signals. Right-click works normally outside the area.
Is test data uploaded?
Button statistics and event logs are processed locally in the browser. Analytics, ads or necessary cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.
Can I use a phone or touchpad?
The page opens on phones, but full button, wheel and side-button testing requires a physical mouse connected to a desktop or laptop.
Does a normal result mean the mouse is completely fine?
No. The tool checks basic browser input only. It cannot replace professional hardware testing or diagnose every sensor, wireless or firmware issue.
